North London LIFT (Local Improvement Finance Trust) is the groundbreaking public/private initiative that will make a huge difference to a community-based health and local authority services throughout the UK. Generating an estimated £1 billion for primary care, it will impact at a local level, working with partner organisations to regenerate, reconfigure and revitalise a diverse range of services and properties. And right now, we're looking for a talented Operations Manager, to help design and drive forward a range of dynamic construction and facilities management projects.

Liaising closely with a range of PCTs, you'll scope projects in a way that's cost-effective, practical and innovative. With your wealth of experience and sound judgement, you'll produce operational policy and service plans that meet the needs of your client exactly. Always fully abreast of the latest technologies, legislative compliance and statutory standards, you'll drive forward projects that set the standard throughout the sector.

Naturally, you'll need to be a superb communicator, who can network with a range of partners, suppliers and clients, as well as producing extremely lucid written reports. You combine mechanical and electrical technical skills with credibility and a real flair for driving projects through to a successful conclusion. A graduate with plenty of experience in managing multiple projects in construction, building and facilities management, this role will give your talents the profile they deserve.
