Operations Director - Software Company - UK

A visionary software company is looking for a figure head to create a senior management structure capable of operating a world class customer and sales focused organization. The ideal candidate will have experience of the pharmaceutical and life sciences fields and be able to demonstrate strong general management skills and commercial credibility.You will have at least 10 years management experience and have an appreciation of the impediments to global expansion such as language, cultural, trade, regulatory and legal or financial barriers. The successful applicant will also be responsible for implementing successful sales-oriented marketing programs targeted towards the worlds leading companies.
£70k-£90k basic
£130k-140k OTE
