Function Description:
You will support the country OOH Business Development Managers by initiating, executing and evaluating Best Practice marketing toolkits for local implementation. You will analyze the business potential of new added value fresh fruit concepts for specific OOH channels supervising in-market tests and taking the necessary corrective actions in line with customer insights and expectations. You report to the OOH Channel Marketing Manager Europe.


Profile:
- University degree in Business Administration/Economics or Marketing.
- >5 years experience in brand activation, product management with OOH channels, OOH sales experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French.

OPERATIONS AND LOGISTICS MANAGER - UK

Growing trading company requires LOGISTICS and OPERATIONS MANAGER to join their close-knit team.

NW London, c£50 - 55k depending on experience.

You will have experience of transporting commodities - ideally LIQUIDS, and be up to date on operational activities including renting tanks, and bulk vessels, managing storage terminals, in addition to relationship building. You will have PEOPLE MANAGEMENT skills and be able to look at the bigger picture, and negotiate a beneficial solution. Responsible for a transport budget of c €500,000/month you must be comfortable making decisions whilst liaising with senior business partners. You will have real aptitude and skill and excellent presentation, able to find solutions to immediate and long-term issues and problems, ensuring the company does not lose money or business in the meantime.This would suit someone coming from a small to medium sized company, used to getting involved at all levels of the business, willing to get their hands dirty as well as determine policy.
